Taiwo Kuku is currently the Company Secretary/ Head, Legal services of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc.

Taiwo Olubunmi Kuku is a law graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University) 2002 and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003.

She is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria (NICArb).

She has professional certification in Insurance (CII) and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).

She started her legal career with Kunle Kalejaiye and Co. in the year 2003 and thereafter proceeded to First Assurance Plc where she garnered her Technical experience in the business of Insurance.

Mrs. Taiwo Kuku joined the services of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc in the year 2007 and has worked meritoriously within Company Secretariat, legal and Compliance department where she rose to become the Company Secretary/Head, Legal.

Taiwo is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 18 years of cognate experience spanning Company Secretarial practices, litigation, Corporate Governance practices, legal audit and due diligence, Compliance and General Legal Practice.
