This policy provides protection to the insured against loss of or damage to insured’s property as a result of burglary or burglary threat accompanied by actual forcible and violent breaking into or out of a building containing the insured’s property or any part belonging to the insured or held by the insured in trust or commission.

All costs are recoverable, including the cost of repairing damage to the insured properties as a result of burglary or attempted burglary provided the operation is accompanied by violent/forcible entry into or exit from insured premises.
