Mr. Roland Ouedraogo obtained a Post Graduate Research Degree from Ouagadougou in February 1997 and Post Graduate Degree in Actuarial Science from Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium). He bagged his Ph.D in Mathematics from University of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. 

He has sound knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance with years of experience in Operations, Information Technology and Human Resources.

He is currently the CEO of SUNU Reassurance (reinsurance captive of SUNU Group) and has held several managerial roles in different organizations.

He is a Director on the Board of the Association of Insurers of Côte d’Ivoire (ASACI). He is also the Vice President of Professional Association of Insurance Companies in Burkina Faso.

Mr. Ouedraogo was appointed as Non-Executive Director of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc on 23^rd July, 2025

He speaks English, French and Moore Languages
